Why We Have Stopped Supporting Email Forwarding?

We understand that email forwarding has been a convenient feature for many of our users. However, after careful review and ongoing monitoring, we have made the decision to discontinue support for automatic email forwarding.

The main reason for this change is delivery reliability. In recent years, the email ecosystem has become much more strict about spam prevention. Large email providers (such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.) have implemented advanced filtering and authentication measures like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

When emails are forwarded from our servers to another address, these authentication checks often fail because the email is being sent from our system but still claims to be from the original sender. As a result, forwarded messages are frequently:

  • Marked as spam or junk
  • Rejected by the receiving server
  • Never delivered at all

These delivery failures are outside of our direct control, and despite our best efforts to improve forwarding reliability, the problem has grown worse as more providers tighten their security rules. This means forwarded messages rarely arrive where they should, creating frustration and missed communications.

To ensure you continue receiving important messages, we recommend:

  1. Accessing your mailbox directly through our webmail or your preferred email client (IMAP/POP3).
  2. Updating your contacts and services to send messages directly to your mailbox with us.
  3. Using multiple devices or email apps for convenience rather than relying on forwarding.
